For more than 25 years, Bartelt has worked in various sectors as a senior consultant in the fields of organizational development, continuous improvement and leadership. He is able to translate complex material into an approach understandable for all, including manageable steps on the road to development.
Bartelt studied law at the University of Leiden before making the crossover to the service sector. Went on to gain broad experience in all facets of organizational development. Led national and international programs in the process industry and knows how change processes should be organized.
