The strategic course has been set, now our people have to do it. Are they able to?

First, the desired leadership will have to be formulated at each level. We then determine together whether the leaders involved are capable of carrying out the desired change and what development is required to fulfill their leadership role authentically and powerfully.

We look into everyday practice where we facilitate, observe and provide immediate feedback. That feedback is than also translated in a personal development plan and the needed support for that development is organised.

How can we as a management team use our leadership more effectively to create more involvement and ownership among our employees?

How can I boost my leadership competences so that I can make optimal use of my unique qualities and get the maximum out of my team?

Can we initiate the leadership development of the management team so that they are able to effectively manage the significant changes and improvements that need to be implemented in the coming years.
